Your order number is sent to you via email immediately after you place your order. Look for an email from [email protected] with the subject "Costa Vida Order Confirmation". It will be formatted like CV-YYYYMMDD-XXXX.
Address changes are possible if your order is still being prepared in our kitchen. Please call us immediately at +1 385-498-5108 and our team will do their best to update your delivery details.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order is significantly late or an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours via our contact form or by phone. We'll make it right.
Yes! Orders placed within Zone 1 (0–3 miles from our restaurant at 643 Pacific Dr, American Fork, UT) always qualify for free delivery. For Zone 2 and Zone 3, orders over $50 receive complimentary delivery as a thank-you from Costa Vida.
Delivery availability on public holidays may vary. We recommend checking our social media pages or calling us at +1 385-498-5108 on the day for the most up-to-date holiday schedule information.
Scheduled deliveries are available for orders placed at least 2 hours in advance. Simply mention your preferred delivery window in the order notes or contact us directly. We'll do our best to accommodate your timing preference.
